Acupressure Techniques for Pain Relief
Acupressure is a gentle, non-invasive technique that involves applying pressure to specific points on your body to promote healing and relieve symptoms. For gallbladder issues, try massaging these acupressure points:
Gallbladder 34 (GB34): Located on the outer side of your leg, in the depression just ahead of and below the head of your fibula bone
Liver 3 (LV3): Found on the top of your foot, in the valley between your big toe and second toe
Stomach 36 (ST36): Situated about four finger widths below your kneecap, on the outer edge of your shinbone
Gently massage these points for 1-2 minutes, 2-3 times daily, to help stimulate bile flow and alleviate discomfort.
