Different Foods Questions and Facts

Can apple cider vinegar cause diarrhea?

There's definitely an interaction between acetic acid and your bacteria. In fact, your bacteria is even a byproduct, can make acetic acid. It's just an imbalance going on. What I would do is I would just mix it, cut it out, and not use it. It's not going to be a major game-changer situation but obviously with some people, it doesn't work for you. There's some difference that's going on in your microbes that might be significant, but we would probably have to do a deep dive into a test or some type of stool sample to see what's going on and compare that to normal. You can try just lessening it and see if that doesn't help you. You can also try taking them in pills. That might help.
