Can hypothyroidism turn into Hashimoto’s?

Well, it doesn't necessarily turn into it, but you can have most well it's 90% of the time it's, if you have hypothyroidism, it's going to be Hashimoto's. So it's not really a thyroid issue. It's an autoimmune problem that's affecting the thyroid. So there's a little different correction that I would recommend. You'd want to take more selenium than iodine for that, but some iodine will be helpful but not too much. I did a whole video on that, but really many times it starts in the gut and there's definitely this interesting connection between the gluten in the grains and things like that you definitely need to avoid like the plague.
