Can I consume Italian dressing while on keto?

This recipe for homemade Italian dressing can be used for salad and much more. It’s natural,

it’s keto-friendly, it’s easy, and best of all it’s really delicious.

Homemade Italian Dressing Ingredients:

1 cup olive (or avocado) oil 1⁄4 cup white vinegar

2 Tbsp red wine vinegar

1 Tbsp chopped garlic

2 Tbsp finely chopped onion

2 Tbsp finely chopped red bell pepper

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp salt

1⁄4 tsp oregano

1⁄4 tsp marjoram

a pinch of red pepper flakes

ground black pepper to taste


Combine all ingredients in a jar and shake. Refrigerate for several weeks.
