Yes. Ketosis if done correctly is nutrient-dense and it’s very healthy for a woman who is either pregnant or has breastfeeding to do. The unhealthy thing is feeding your infant formula, due to the massive amount of carbs and sugars it contains.

What to consume during breastfeeding to get vital essential nutrients:

  • Big salads
