Symptoms, conditions and causes

Can you share an advice for relieving stiff joints during menopause?

I would make sure you're doing the ketogenic diet because we want to create an anti-inflammatory effect. So we want ketones. We want to reduce the glucose. And I'm assuming you also avoiding the grains because that could be a great, a great, a huge problem, not to mention the sugars. But that being said, let's say for example, you still have stiffness. It could also be oxalates.

You know, you're doing the ketogenic diet, but you're consuming too many oxalates like in spinach or chocolate or almonds. But the other thing that can create oxalates is the nuts. So you might be getting it from the nuts. Just because you're on the ketogenic diet doesn't mean that you might not have issues with certain things. And oxalates are a big part of that. You know, that being said other reasons for stiffness could be the quality of food that you're eating.

You're not consuming enough of the omega three fatty acids. So now more fish, more sardines, seafood, very, very important.
