Compound Exercises to Help Insulin Resistance (Pre-Diabetes)
Doing the treadmill exercise for 45 minutes is not what you want to do, Instead add compound resistance exercise or training. This involves using larger muscle groups, and multiple joints to fatigue. This will release hormones like growth hormone, but will also deplete your glycogen reserves and even increase glucose sensitivity and reduce insulin. Less insulin means less insulin resistance.
