Could tremors be just a vitamin deficiency?

Types of Tremors

1. Resting - Parkinson’s (Problem in the brain)

2. Essential – Unknown and is more on the other parts of the neurology. 8x more common and happens upon initiation.

Progressive nerve damage.

Possible Causes of Tremors

• Low Vitamin B1(benfotiamine), B3 and B6(nutritional yeast) – Deficiencies of these B vitamins could affect the nervous system.

• Low Vitamin E (tocopherol and tocotrienol)– low vitamin E could also affect the nerves and the muscle.
