Intermittent Fasting

Have you seen any data that indicates intermittent fasting increases the risk of gut and liver cancer?

There's no study that shows that. That would mean that in our evolution of going from living off the land to the modernization of foods, how many times have we gone without food for periods of time? And I've done intermittent fasting. It's in our genes. It's been training our genes for a long time that we do better if we don't eat so frequent. So if someone says that eating frequently is beneficial to your health, they don't know what they're talking about because it's going to spike insulin. And so you're just going to keep spiking insulin over and over and over again. And we do better if we wait until we're hungry before we eat. We do very better.

We also do better if we wait till we're thirsty before we drink a lot of water. Look in the wild and animals. Humans are not meant to graze.
