And I think even cod liver oil would be good. That's really good for your skin because it has the vitamin A which can help the skin in many different ways, including that hyper pigmentation. That also works if you have scaly dry skin too. That's usually because you're deficient in a fat. So the foods that are real high in vitamin A would be butter, cod liver oil, liver and egg yolks.
