How can I do 1 and a half meals per day?

Having your first meal around 1:00 p.m. and your last (light) meal around 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. will give you 19 to 20 hours of fasting per day.

During your first meal, you would consume your heavier proteins and fats. Your second meal would consist of a light salad and some healthy fats.

Since your second meal is lighter, it will have less effect on insulin.

With 11⁄2 meals per day instead of 1 meal, you’re also breaking up the fueling process into two scheduled times, so you can consume more calories and get all of the nutrients you need.

This is an easy way to get the benefits of a 20-hour fast.
