How can I prevent bad breath while fasting?

If you do the healthy version of the ketogenic diet and you're doing the ingredients with the high amounts of chlorophyll in the greens and things like that, you shouldn't have that occur. Especially after you get to the adaptation phase.

And if it does occur then that means you probably need some more probiotics. So a good sauerkraut would be good, or maybe even a good kefir plain would be good.
