How can I remedy liver cirrhosis that's caused by excess iron?
If you have excess iron, it can cause a lot of inflammation in the body including inflammation in your liver. This can potentially cause damage to your liver, eventually (after a long time) resulting in liver cirrhosis. You can get too much Iron from consuming a lot of meat and proteins. Therefore, you should reduce the amount of protein and increase the quantity of vegetables in your diet.
Avoid synthetic vitamin/mineral supplements
Consume phytic acid (IP-6 version)
Consume vegetables (7 to 10 cups daily)
*We recommend consulting with your doctor before making any dietary changes or before you start taking any new supplements, especially if you have any existing health conditions.
