You can break them up. Maybe you could eat something that doesn't increase or break the keto too bad. And that would be like a little, maybe a little celery or a little vegetable or maybe even MCT oil as something to take. But the two things that don't really stimulate insulin that much would be fiber and fat. So those are two options versus the other carbs and protein.
