How can I tell if something is healthy on Keto?

There are so many things right now that you're going to find that are just not the healthy version of keto even though they might be below 50 grams of net carbs. But I'm going to talk about why the net carb might not be accurate because some of these resistant starches now are classified as fiber. Fiber doesn't have any effect on insulin. So now we have a situation where there's starches, tapioca, maltodextrin. These are resistant starches from corn starch originally. They're classified as a fiber. Now you can deduct them from the total carbs and they're not even in the sugar category. The point is that read the labels and stay tuned for my videos.
