How do I reset my Stress and Recovery Analyzer password?

To reset your Stress and Recovery Analyzer password, please complete the following steps:

1. Launch the Stress and Recovery Analyzer software.

2. Click Reset Password.

3. Enter the email address associated with your account.

4. Click Reset.

5. Check your email inbox. It's important to also check your SPAM folder if the email is not in the inbox*.

6. The email will contain a web link to reset your password. Click on it.

7. A password reset web page will open in your browser.

8. Fill out the password reset form and press Submit.

9. Log in with your new password.

*Some email service providers may block the password recovery email. If you do not find the password reset email in your inbox and SPAM folder, contact a Dr. Berg Advisor at [email protected] for assistance.
