How do you make keto pizza?
“Healthiest Pizza in the World”
Ingredients:
2 cups finely grated cauliflower
2 cups shaved mozzarella cheese (plus extra for topping) 2 large eggs
tomato sauce
healthy toppings of your choice (I like mushrooms, fresh basil and fresh tomato; in moderate amounts tomato is OK on keto)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
2. Finely grate cauliflower and remove large chunks.
3. Mix the cauliflower, mozzarella and two eggs until well-combined.
4. Spread out the cauliflower mixture on parchment to make the crust.
5. Bake crust for 15 minutes.
6. Add tomato sauce, cheese and toppings.
7. Bake until cheese is melted to perfection.
