Intermittent Fasting

How do you prevent dizziness while fasting?

I think one thing that is difficult to get if you're on a carnivore diet is the potassium and magnesium. So you maybe want to take as a supplement, take those electrolytes and do not forget the sea salts. Because if you're not having enough salt, that can easily affect your fluids in your body. You can have low amounts of fluid because you're not retaining as much fluid and more volume and end up with low blood pressure and feel dizzy. And this also goes with people that get diarrhea or have vomiting. And then they might consume electrolytes, but they don't take enough sea salt, and they feel really weak. Sea salt is the antidote. If you take the sea salt and you're really missing it. You're going to just within seconds, if not minutes, you're going to feel energy started coming back.

And there's a couple other things as well related to that. If that doesn't work, if you're thinking about faint or dizzy or whatever, think also vitamin B1. So when you do carnivore, that's why you should probably do a variety of foods, not just steak. For example, you should do eggs, seafood, organ meats. That way you get more variety of nutrients.
