How to determine blood sugar level?

Dr. Berg talks about how to quickly determine what's going on with your blood sugars based on what happens after you eat.

1. If you eat and you are NOT satisfied, chances are you have insulin resistance because the cells can't absorb fuel.

2. If you eat and you feel sleepy, it could be your sugars are too high.

3. And if you eat and feel better, it could be a low blood sugar situation (hypoglycemia).
