I get headaches when I take magnesium glycinate. What alternative do you suggest?

Chances are you probably don't need magnesium then if you get headaches. You're probably getting enough of it. So I think I would probably just try to get it from your food. Potentially it could mean that you might not need the glycinate portion of that magnesium. Try a citrate version to see if that does the same thing. And if it does, then we know you probably don't need magnesium.
