Intermittent Fasting

I try to do OMAD regularly but I get hungry at night. What do you recommend?

All that means is you're not quite adapted yet, so that does take time. I would lower your carbs. I would also exercise and see if that doesn't help you. Now, let's say, for example, you do this for a period of time some weeks, and you still can't, you don't feel like you're still hungry. Some people can't seem to do longer fasts, in which case eat if you're hungry because everyone can't do these prolonged fasting situations. I would just go with what your body is demanding, but then let your body determine when you should eat. Try not to eat if you're not hungry, but eat if you're hungry.
