I'm scared to do intermittent fasting - should I be worried?

Benefits of Intermittent Fasting:

1. Improves Cognitive Function (focus, memory)

2. Mood Elevation

3. Inflammation Decreases

4. New Cell Growth in the Brain

How to Begin Fasting:

1. Start with 3 meals and no snacks.

2. Add more fat to the meal. (it will allow you to go longer without eating)

3. 1st goal: should not be weight loss. It’s hunger loss.
