2 cups cauliflower, finely grated

2 cups mozzarella cheese, shaved (plus extra for topping)

2 large eggs

tomato sauce

healthy toppings of your choice (like mushrooms, fresh basil, and fresh tomato; tomatoes in moderate amounts are OK on keto)


1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.

2. Finely grate cauliflower and remove large chunks.

3. Mix the cauliflower, mozzarella and eggs until well-combined.

4. Spread out the cauliflower mixture on parchment to make the crust

6. Add tomato sauce, cheese and toppings.
