Is it okay to do carb cycling on keto and intermittent fasting?

No. Do not do carb cycling on keto and intermittent fasting. If you consume refined carbs on a ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting plan, this will kick you out of fat burning and will switch your body to sugar burning.

One of the reasons why people want to do carb cycling is that they “feel better” when they consume carbs. Usually that is because blood sugar has gone down and they don’t have enough energy to support the body. Also because they crave sugar. Mixing carbs into your diet will block keto because the way to get into ketosis is decreasing your carbs so they are very low.

If you allow yourself to adapt – with time and done properly – you will not have this lowered blood sugar. You will be able to switch over to fat burning very comfortably and efficiently, and your endurance will be very high. You will not have a drop in performance at all. Your goal should be to build a health reserve so high that an occasional deviation from keto barely affects you.
