Is the fat in a keto diet dangerous for someone with a heart condition?

Well, it's not the fat that's causing the problem. It's the carbs. So you have to clean up the carbs for sure. You want to have the normal fat that comes with the protein that's going to be healthy. You don't necessarily have to add fat. But I would add the tocotrienols for the inside of the arteries. That's a really important one.

I would also – you may want to take something called natokinase. Natokinase is a natural fermented product that is really good for breaking up fibrin, fibrous tissue, which is part of the clot if there's any clots going on. It tends to thin the blood naturally. But it's a great and powerful way to clean arteries if there is a problem. The fat in the ketogenic diet is not unhealthy as long as you're consuming the grass-fed meats and things like that and also as long as you're not also adding the sugar. They had this interesting report in the news that said the keto-like diet now causes heart problems.

The keto-like diet, what does that mean? Well, it's higher in fat, but it's also higher in carbs. So it's like the ketogenic diet. But it's not the ketogenic diet. What makes keto keto is low carb, not high fat. That's what makes keto work. So again, it's just ridiculous.
