Is there a connection between red meat and a fatty liver?

I highly doubt it came from that. I think there was something else you ate with that, that created the fatty liver. Because when you're eating red meat, it actually even has choline, which just like egg yolks have that help counter this fatty liver. In fact, if you look at the video I released today, one of the most anti-inflammatory foods is red meat. It's actually very, very healthy. And I'm not talking about low quality. I'm talking about grass fed, grass finished red meat. It's super healthy, way better than chicken as far as quality. And if you watch that video, you'll learn why there's a lot of other things. Nutrients, carnosine, creatine, all these wonderful things that actually help your body for many different ways. I would love to just kind of find out what else you eat just because it could be, it's usually going to be something else that you're eating. That's causing the fatty liver and relating to more towards the same cold. Carbohydrates.
