No, there's not, unless you have an egg allergy. Eggs, it's different than meat. It's the most bioavailable protein. It produces the least amount of waste in nitrogen, as well as excess sugars. It has pretty much every single vitamin, except vitamin C, but it's a complete food, and you could literally live on eggs.
