What are missing nutrients in allergies?

Folic acid is a vitamin that is involved in many activities of the body. One of the functions of folic acid is to lower the allergic reactions you may have to certain things.


  • Take folic acid supplement

  • Eat more dark, leafy green vegetables

  • Eat beef liver

  • Take B9 supplements

  • To improve the absorption of folic acid specifically, take the following nutrients together with a meal once a day for 3 months:

  • methylfolate 4 to 7 mg

  • B12 (methyl version) 4000 mcg

  • vitamin B6 400 mg
