What are some causes of anxiety?

Gut microbiome problems

Friendly bacteria in your gut play a big role in generating different nutrients for your body. Some of those things generated by friendly bacteria have a lot to do with normal functioning of your nervous system. Therefore, if there are imbalances in the gut microbiome it can cause anxiety symptoms.

  • Avoid foods causing diarrhea

Constant stress

Stress (mental and physical) can trigger anxiety symptoms. Your body normally can handle anxiety, providing that your stress-regulating hormones are working efficiently. When stress is constant or stress-regulating organs are not working properly, you may get anxiety symptoms.

  1. Get quality sleep (7 to 8 hours)
