What are some natural remedies for belly fat?

If you have belly fat there are hormonal and dietary reasons behind that. There is an effective remedy for it. Let’s take a look at the common causes and remedies.

Cause #1: High-carb diet

If you are on a regular high-carb diet your insulin will be too high. Insulin is a fat-storing hormone. It also lowers blood sugar below the normal range, which causes feelings of hunger and cravings.
