How to make a natural sunscreen based on aloe vera

There is a good way to not only protect your skin from harmful ultraviolet rays, but also to nourish your skin with vital nutrients. Do the following:

Mix together

  • 1⁄2 cup of coconut oil

  • 1⁄2 cup of olive oil

  • 1⁄4 cup of aloe vera gel (make sure there are no chemicals in the gel)

Heat the mixture until it’s just warm and everything melts together

Add 2 tablespoons of zinc oxide (make sure you get the non-nano kind as it won’t easily absorb into your skin)

Apply it on your skin
