What are the benefits of colostrum?

Colostrum is the first form of milk produced, in nursing a newborn infant, by mammals and human beings. It is a superfood for the immune system, especially for a growing infant.

How to consume it

Start gradually to avoid an immune or allergic reaction. Start with 1⁄4 teaspoon of colostrum mixed with water right before bed. Take it for a week or so to allow your body to get used to it. You can then increase it to 1 teaspoon per day.
