What are the nutritional benefits of cranberries?

A cranberry is a small red sour berry that has a lot of benefits. Many people consider cranberries to be a superfood due to their high nutrient and antioxidant content.

How to consume it

When you use cranberry juice, make sure it’s unsweetened. You can mix 1 to 2 ounces of cranberry juice per glass of water and drink it with a straw. Also you can add it to your apple cider vinegar and lemon drink.
