What are the benefits of garlic?

Garlic is an herb that is grown around the world. It acts as a powerful natural antibiotic. It has strong effects in countering viruses and harmful bacteria. Garlic also is a good anticancer weapon. It can definitely be considered a superfood.

How to consume it

Taking/eating garlic before bed is great for sleep apnea. Garlic in a pill form is a good idea, so you don’t experience indigestion.

You can also take black garlic, a slightly heated and aged version of garlic. It has a less pungent sulfur smell and taste compared to regular garlic.

Garlic nasal rinse can be good for sinus congestion, mucus, postnasal drip, sleep apnea, and anything connected with thickened nasal pathways. Many times with chronic sinus congestion, there is a fungus growing in your sinuses. Garlic can help kill and clean out this fungus, mold, mildew, virus or bacteria.

1.Take 1 garlic clove, peel it and chop into small pieces.

2.Wait for 15 minutes.

3.While you wait, boil 1⁄2 cup of water.

4.Take the chopped garlic and put it into a small strainer.

5.Place the strainer over a cup and pour the hot water through the garlic.

6.Wait for the liquid in the cup to become lukewarm (do not flush your sinuses with pure garlic pieces in the water or with boiling water).

7.Pour the lukewarm liquid into a neti-pot (or a similar nasal flushing device). 8.Flush your nose, using the device over a sink.
