What are the causes for cold? And how do I remedy it?

Colds are caused by the spread of a bacteria or virus. If you begin treating a cold at the first signs, you can reduce the amount of time it takes to get back to normal.


  • Fever

  • Runny nose

  • Watery eyes

Cause #1: Weak immune system

Your body’s immune system is designed to naturally resist viruses or unfriendly bacteria. When it is not performing efficiently due to the deficiency of certain nutrients or vitamins, it will not keep up with viruses or bacteria attacking your body. You can develop a cold as a result.


  • Take black elderberry

  • Take zinc

  • Take vitamin C (not ascorbic acid supplements)

    • lemons

• more vegetables

  • Take vitamin D

  • Take apple cider vinegar (1 to 2 teaspoons stirred into about a cup of water)

  • Take garlic

  • Do an intermittent fasting plan (your body will go into repair mode)

  • Do periodic prolonged fasting

  • Reduce stress

  • Avoid sugar

  • Avoid alcohol

  • Avoid milk

  • Do this acupressure technique for sore throat

  • Get more sleep
