Symptoms, conditions and causes

What are the causes for Coronavirus?

Coronavirus or COVID-19 is a virus that can be spread by contacting an infected person or surfaces that the infected person has touched. It can also spread through droplets of body liquid- -if the infected person sneezes for example. Some people can get exposed to COVID-19 but show no symptoms because their immune systems are effectively countering it. That’s why it’s very important to maintain a healthy lifestyle and diet, so your immune system is bulletproof.

  • Dry cough

  • Fever

  • Respiratory problems

  • Lungs fill up with fluid

Cause #1: Weak immune system

If your immune system is weak, the weakness can cause you to be more susceptible to getting infected with coronavirus. This is because your body normally fights viruses and harmful bacteria. If it is weakened, are you can get sick and have problems recovering from viruses and bacterial infections.

Apply these remedies for prevention or while treating COVID-19:

  • Consume vitamin D (at least 10,000 IU / day)

  • Consume natural vitamin C complex (500 mg per day)

  • Consume vitamin E (tocotrienol version; consume 1 tablet 3 times per day)

  • Consume selenium

  • Consume zinc (200 to 220 mg per day)

  • Consume vitamin D (40,000 IU per day)

  • Consume apple cider vinegar (1 to 2 teaspoons stirred into about a cup of water)

Cause #2: Too much stress

If you undergo a lot of stress, this can weaken your immune system and make you more susceptible to infection. This is because cortisol (the stress hormone) can decrease the power of your immune system.

Apply these remedies as prevention or in addition to treating COVID-19:

  • Consume vitamin B1:

• benfotiamine
• nutritional yeast.

  • Stay very active and productive

  • Avoid negative news and people

  • Take long walks outside daily.

Cause #3: Insulin resistance

Insulin resistance is a condition where your body cells are resisting high amounts of insulin produced by your body. This is often because of consuming too many refined carbs and sugar (also snacking often). Insulin resistance is behind a lot of diseases connected with blood pressure, cardiovascular system, diabetes and obesity. These are all high risk factors for COVID-19.

If you don’t remedy your diet to resolve the insulin resistance your body will not get the full benefit from the nutrients that are required to strengthen your immune system and fight viruses. This is because insulin acts as a key for cells, allowing them to absorb nutrition; if your cells are resisting insulin they resist other nutrients too and they starve for lack of these nutrients.

Apply these remedies as prevention or In addition to treating COVID-19:

  • Avoid carbs and sweets

  • Avoid snacking

  • Do the Healthy Keto® diet

  • Do an intermittent fasting plan.
