What are the remedies for caffeine headache?

There is a connection between consuming too much caffeine and having headaches. If you consume more than 2 cups a day this may be the reason for your headaches. The problem with caffeine is that overdoing it creates addiction to it, causing people to increase their daily caffeine intake.

Remedies:

  • Gradually lower the consumption of caffeine (coffee, energy drinks, tea)

You can also eliminate caffeine fully from your daily intake:

  • gradually reduce your caffeine amounts to zero

  • for 1 to 2 weeks you may have withdrawal symptoms, and one of them is headaches; but these should go away
