What can I do for edema?

The first thing is potassium. You need potassium based on your potassium to sodium ratio. So we need a lot more potassium, a lot bigger salads. You can get a potassium electrolyte supplement and just push out that fluid. But of course, then you want to also change your diet because if you have edema, chances are you may be doing too many carbohydrates. That's the most likely cause because when you eat sugar and refine carbs, your body stores that with fluid. So it tends to just think about any type of sugar as a water retaining sponge.
