What can I do for seborrheic dermatitis?

That's a classic omega-3 fatty acid deficiency so you need fish oils I would in fact I wouldn't do visuals I would do cod liver oil, and that way you can have the vitamin D and the vitamin A both essential for your skin but that's really what you're running into as a deficiency. It's either that you don't have enough of it in your diet or you have too much of the competitor which is omega-6 fatty acids which are in the corn oil, the canola oil, the soy oil, the cottonseed oil, those type of hidden things in our food supply as well as you know if you're going out to any restaurants you're gonna get a lot of those foods and unfortunately the a lot of the meats especially chicken are fed these grains with a lot of omega-6 so you're not getting the ratios. Unless you're doing the pasture raised eggs and or the chickens that are from the farm that you know they don't only eat grains and then the grass-fed beef or a lamb.
