Symptoms, conditions and causes
What is fibromyalgia?
Fibromyalgia is a condition where you feel pain in your muscles and bones across the body accompanied by fatigue, sleep, memory and mood issues. In my experience, 9 out of 10 cases of fibromyalgia come down to one problem: a congested gallbladder.
Cause #1: Congested gallbladder
Many aches and pains, including headaches, are associated with the digestive system. You have a lot of nerves that travel through your abdomen and up to your head and neck.
There is a little nerve (phrenic nerve) that is connected to your gallbladder and extends to the upper body. If your gallbladder is congested, this nerve can refer pain to the right-mid or right- top part of the body including your right hand, shoulder, head, neck etc. Therefore, if you have gallbladder Issues, this can definitely cause right-sided fibromyalgia symptoms.
