What dietary recommendations do you have for a teenager?

For children and teenagers, I would recommend a similar diet to that of adults. However, it's essential to ensure they have adequate calories and nutrients for proper development. Depending on the situation, I would suggest three balanced meals a day without snacks. While intermittent fasting with two meals might be suitable for adults, it's not ideal for growing teenagers unless they have weight concerns. A healthy version of the ketogenic diet, comprising three well-rounded meals, can be very beneficial for adolescents' health and development. If I were a teenager, knowing what I do about nutrition, that's the approach I would take.
