What is your opinion on glutathione supplements?

There's a, what's called glutathione reduced, which is what I would recommend taking. There's our precursors, NAC and zinc are precursors and selenium is the precursor that you could take too. But when you take more glutathione, it takes the stress off your liver. You're able to detox more. You're able to have this better ratio of what's called oxidative stress, where you're kind of overcoming that because glutathione is one of the most potent antioxidants throughout the body. There's another one called melatonin, which you can get from just being out in the sun too but I'm not taking it as a supplement. I don't recommend that. Glutathione is great thing to take for your liver, especially if you want to have less oxidative damage and more support with things like inflammation, longevity, repair, recovery, especially if you exercise.
