What kind of diet would you recommend if I have psoriasis?

Most autoimmune diseases stem from gut damage. About 80% of your immune system is located in the digestive system. 


1. L-Glutamine - this helps strengthens the gut lining, feeds the coon gut cells, and increases the mucus lining. Take 10 grams per day on an empty stomach 3x per day but gradually start with 1x per day for a few days and eventually increase to 3x per day - an empty stomach

2. Tamanu oil - this oil is fantastic for healing the skin. it has anti-bacterial effects and acts as a natural anti-biotic (lactone). This can be applied topically.

3. Vitamin D3 and K2 - take 10,000IU of D3 and 100mcg of K2 (MK7)

If you have an autoimmune condition, you may also want to avoid vegetable oils. Vegetable oils are very inflammatory, and dealing with autoimmune conditions is all about reducing inflammation.  When you do healthy keto and intermittent fasting as well as periodic prolonged fasting, you may even find that some of your allergies eventually go away because you’re strengthening your immune system.
