What kind of mushrooms can supplement vitamin D?

You can make your own vitamin D supplement with mushrooms. All you do is you take some mushrooms raw, cut them in half, lay them on a cookie sheet, face up, outside in the sun, and dry them out for the sun one or two days. Of course, take them in at night. And you will spike those mushrooms with so much vitamin D way more than a supplement you can take. That's a really good source of vitamin D.

And by the way you don't get very much nutrition at all from raw mushrooms. It's better to saute them. But when we're talking about vitamin D, sun-dried vitamin D mushrooms are hands down the best. But if you don't put them on the sun the amount of vitamin D you're gonna get is small.
