What quantity of vegetables should I consume while doing OMAD?

The cool thing is that when you do the last meals that you eat the less nutrition you need, because the body starts to be very conservative and it starts recycling nutrients a lot better. So that eight cups on a one meal a day does not apply to all. You do a smaller amount. And but you want to go with what you feel like you can eat. Now, when we talk about eight to ten cups, we're talking about salad. But when we're talking about. Cabbage, broccoli, all these other vegetables. You're talking maybe four cups. But if you did a just a smaller version of that and it was a higher quality something that's really a good green.
