I think you're on the right track because they found that the anxiety and depression can't really prove that it's a chemical imbalance that can be treated with a drug. So I think the way that you're looking at this nutritionally, natural is the way to go. I think personally if you do a combination of the fix your diet first that basic healthy version of the ketogenic diet with the fasting. I would do that, and then see where you're at. You just might find that your mood significantly raises at that point. At that point, then you can target in different nutrition like vitamin D levels in higher amounts. Because if you try to address a nutrient deficiency without fixing the diet it doesn't really work. I would highly recommend that.
