If you want to get a multivitamin, just make sure it's a food-based complex versus a synthetic version that would be the most important thing. But out of all the nutrients that are difficult to get in your foods, we should probably run on the list for that. That would be the vitamin D3 and K2 that would be number one. Trace minerals are sometimes hard, omega-3 fatty acids sometimes are a bit difficult. Sometimes even the B vitamins are hard to get. Potassium is another one that's hard to get, and magnesium. So those are the ones that probably are more important than other ones. That'll give you kind of a rough idea of what you should focus on.
