AUTOPHAGY. This is a condition whereby your cells are recycling damaged cell parts and getting rid of pathogenic microbes (mold, viruses, fungus, bacteria, and candida). Autophagy is the ultimate anti-aging strategy. Each cell has mini-garbage disposals, called lysosomes. These clear out the trash and send the particles to the liver for either fuel or making NEW parts.
