What causes a hunched or stooped posture?

Cause #1: vitamin D deficiency
Vitamin D is a very important vitamin for our posture and the healthy function of our bones. Vitamin D alone increases the absorption of calcium (vitally needed for the development of our bones) by 20 times. If you are deficient in this vitamin, stooped posture can be one of the symptoms.
