D3&K2 Vitamin

What’s the difference between prescription vitamin D and vitamin D supplements?

Most of the time when you get prescribed vitamin D, it's usually in a D2 prescription. Vitamin D2, which is different than D3. It's not as potent and it's made synthetically. And so it has different effects. Even the research between D2 and D3 show different outcomes, which is interesting. So a lot of times they'll say some benefits from vitamin D that were not done from D2. So they're not really comparing apples and oranges. Unfortunately I think there's more problems with D2 than D3.
